elegua is known as the Orisha and "owner" of caminos, or roads and paths.  all ceremonies and rituals in santeria must first have the approval of elegua before progressing.  his the messenger of olofi.

we wanted to capture the character of elegua in this porcelain doll.  adding his color and some of the trinkets to his clothing has brought it to life.  we pride ourselves in taking our time to create our spiritual dolls.
